We send you copy of e-mail from our valued Client from Abu Dhabi who are interested to import complete set of Piping Spool Fabrication Line according to the details shown hereunder. Can you please check from Chinese Producers of such Machinery if they can supply complete line of these Machinery for our Client in UAE on C&F C7% Dubai per set against L/C at sight in your favor.
Such Machines are mostly used by Petrochemical Industries and Chemical Producing Mills. We are sure Machinery Makers in China would be producing these kinds of Machines.
As discussed with you today ,we are in the process of establishing a High Speed Pipe Spool Fabrication facility in UAE involving all the processes such as material movement from the stockyard to fabrication shop, marking, cutting, beveling, welding, NDE, sand blasting and painting and finally to the final stack area. We will be keen to have your quotation based on the following parameters:
1. Pipe sizes 6" to 24"
2. Material CS, SS, Duplex and Alloy steel
3. Annual working days (312 days and 2 shifts of 10 hours each)
4. Shop capacity in dia inches 1,500,000 per annum.
In case you submit your quotation, please provide the following with your offer:
- Proposed soft ware for monitoring the quality and progress
